For a few years now I’ve raised Mini Alpine Dairy Goats. All sorts of products can be made from their milk but I focus on small batch dairy, including caramels. Maybelle is the queen of my little herd followed by the herd sire, Valentino and Gemma Jane (2014 season), Chloe Jane (2015 season) and Lola Jane (2016 season). The goats currently range from F2 to F4 and are registered with the Mini Dairy Goat Association.
